Premier Amusements (we/us) will warranty equipment purchased by non-commercial customers (you) for thirty (30) days when pre-owned or ninety (90) days when new. Exceptions may apply and are defined within this document. This warranty is provided solely to the customer stated on the customer invoice. This warranty is not transferable and cannot be extended or altered.
This warranty exclusively covers equipment installed by Premier Amusements. Any work performed on the equipment by someone other than a Premier Amusement technician during the warranty period will void this warranty.
Repairs covered by this warranty are limited to local customers residing within 50 miles from us currently located in Beltsville Maryland. This warranty will no longer be in affect should either party move to a location greater than 50 miles from the other party.
There is no warranty on electromechanical games, due to their age and high rate of failure. These are typically machines manufactured prior to 1978. All solid state (electronic) games are warranted for 30 days from the date of installation. These are typically machines manufactured after 1977.
All warranty claims within the warranty period will be honored. Premier Amusements will replace or repair (at their discretion) any part shown to fail within the warranty period. All warranty work will be performed free of charge. Additional repairs made during the same visit where warranty work is performed will be documented on a new invoice and charged accordingly. In such case there will be no in-home service fee charged to the customer.
Customers will be charged an in-home service fee and will be responsible for the cost of repair at posted rates if it is determined by our technician that a problem was not caused by a defective part failing under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, abuse, fire, water, improper operating conditions or any naturally occurring event including but not limited to lightning, flood or earthquake. This warranty does not cover equipment used for commercial purposes.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and delivered to Premier Amusements, PO Box 10658, Silver Spring, Maryland, 20914, within the warranty period. The customer may submit warranty claims by phone (443-450-4445) or by email (customer (DOT) service (AT) premier-md (DOT) com), however, these claims must be verified by us. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected postal or electronic mail.
Warranty work will be performed at the next available time agreeable to both you the customer and us. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or events beyond our control.
All work associated with a warranty claim carries a warranty of its own for a term equal to the original warranty period.
Technical assistance is available, 7 days a week, during daytime and evening hours, by calling Premier Amusements at 443-450-4445. This service is provide free of charge for two years from the date of purchase for pre-owned equipment. This service is free for as long as you own the equipment if purchased new.
