Local Delivery
Customer Pick-up: There is no charge to customers who wish to pick up equipment from our shop. New equipment will remain sealed inside its factory carton. Refurbished equipment will be fully assembled.
Delivery: $2.75 per mile, one-way distance from our shop to the delivery location.
Curbside Drop-off: This service is provided at a cost of $40 per machine. Equipment arrives disassembled and wrapped and is placed on a paved surface on the customer's property in an area selected by the customer.
Shipping Prep: Equipment can be wrapped prior to customer pick-up or in preparation for shipping at a cost of $75.
Crating: With this service, equipment is wrapped, strapped to a pallet and then incased in a wooden crate. This service costs $150 for cabarets, $175 for cocktail tables, $225 for uprights (large or custom cabinets additional).
Installation (Standard): This service is provided at a cost of $65 for cocktail tables or cabarets, $95 for uprights and (large or custom cabinets additional). Charges are per machine. The "Standard" installation implies there are no obstructions to the indoor location where the equipment is to be installed. There must be proper clearances, solid foundation and no steps along the equipment's delivery path. The delivery path may include downward steps and/or up to 3 upward steps. When steps are involved, the customer may be required to provide assistance at their own risk. The equipment is assembled at the location chosen by the customer. Once installed, the equipment will tested to assure it is functioning properly.
Installation (Special): This service is provided at a cost of $95 for cocktail tables or cabarets, $150 for uprights (large or custom cabinets additional). Charges are per machine. The "Special" installation implies there are obstructions to the indoor location where the equipment is to be installed. There must be proper clearances and solid foundation. The delivery path may include downward steps and/or up to 10 upward steps. This service is intended for installations that require two people. The equipment is assembled at the location chosen by the customer. Once installed, the equipment will tested to assure it is functioning properly.
Installation (Extreme): The cost of this service will be based on the size and weight of the equipment along with the delivery conditions. An estimate will be provided at the time of purchase and is subject to customer approval before the sale becomes final. The "Extreme" installation implies there are obstructions to the indoor location where the equipment is to be installed which requires more than 2 individuals or requires the equipment to be disassembled and then reassembled. The equipment is assembled at the location chosen by the customer. Once installed, the equipment will tested to assure it is functioning properly.
Non-Local Delivery (limited to the continental US and select areas in Ontario, Canada)

Freight (terminal to terminal): Charges are based on distance. Freight charges generally range from $125 to $350. Crating fee is not included. Full value insurance is included. Customer must pick up the equipment at the shipping terminal in their area.
Freight (commercial): Charges are based on distance. Freight charges range from $175 to $400. Crating fee is not included. Full value insurance is included.
Freight (residential): Charges are based on distance. Freight/Delivery charges range from $350 to $600. Full value insurance is included. Equipment is delivered to the customer's residence. Customer must move the equipment indoors and install.
Freight (residential install): Charges are based on distance and type of delivery. Freight/Delivery/Installation charges range from $500 to $1250. Full value insurance is included. Equipment is delivered to the customer's residence and installed at the location chosen by the customer. Availability is limited.
